Baphomet Engine

Baphomet Engine is a Brazilian psychedelic trance project formed by Fábio Aurelio S. Japiassu in the city of Goiânia, Goiás (Brazil).
Fábio worked together with Louis (aka Psyhamaa) since 2003 and has already played in Europe, Australia, India, Japan and Costa Rica. Since 2004, Baphomet Engine have had regular bookings on Brazilian PsyTrance Circuit for the most important party organizers and festivals on the Brazilian scene. Between 2004 and the end of 2007, Baphomet Engine music figured around compilations of several labels in the World. They have released one split album with the French producer Raphael aka Datakult by Nabi Records and their debut album by the Asian label Manic Dragon.
==History==
Louis and Fábio came from very different musical backgrounds: Heavy metal and Punk rock bands. In 2003 they met in a bar at Goiânia and decided start a musical project to exchange their information and knowledge about music production. After that, both moved from the traditional bands and instruments to electronic music and computer productions. From 2007 to the end of 2008 Louis represented, produced and played Baphomet Engine music on several parts of the world. From the end of 2008 until today, Baphomet Engine is represented by Fábio, because Louis left the duo to work on side projects.
